ABOUT US
Connecticut Welcoming Schools
Welcome to our statewide initiative led by CREC in collaboration with the CT State Department of Education and SERC. We support schools and after-school programs in creating welcoming, inclusive spaces where families feel valued—because when families engage, students thrive.

Hear from our happy clients
Read their testimonies about Welcoming Walkthroughs.
” Well, I feel that if a family comes into the school they definitely need to feel welcomed, otherwise they’re not gonna feel that their kids are in a good place, and I want not only the students but the families to feel like they’re in a safe, happy place.
